About Us
Triumph Gas has been delivering unique energy solutions and engineering services since 2020. We provide integrated consulting and optimized engineering solutions across the upstream, midstream, LNG, carbon capture & utilization, hydrogen production & purification, methanol, renewable natural gas (RNG), and circular economy sectors. Our experience spans both greenfield and brownfield developments, where we serve as consultants, engineers, owner's engineers, and program management consultants.
As Midstream Doctors, we help clients diagnose operational challenges, unlock hidden capacity, improve reliability, and maximize asset value. Our Leadership
Mahdi Nouri
Mahdi Nouri AIChE Fellow, IChemE Fellow, is the Founder of Triumph Gas. He has more than 26 years of experience in engineering and construction in Upstream, Midstream, LNG, and Low Carbon Industries. Mahdi has held the positions of Vice President of Up/Midstream & LNG Americas at Worley Consulting, Director of Upstream and Midstream at Jacobs Consultancy, and Process Manager at Bechtel. Geographically, his career has covered engineering and construction activities in the Americas, Europe, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Australia, Kazakhstan, West Africa, India, and Indonesia. Mahdi was involved in the development from concept to implementation of over two dozen NGL recovery and fractionation plants, various world-class LNG projects. He has provided technical support to over 100 facilities worldwide.
Mahdi is the principal author of a new reference book on the Life Cycle of a Process Plant, 1st Edition, Elsevier. He holds 1 US patent on condensate stabilization process and has also documented his research on gas treating & processing, cryogenic gas processing, and carbon capture in dozens of publications. Mahdi has served as Chairman of the Facility Design, Operation, and Maintenance Committee since 2016, Chairman of Facility Forums, and member of Programing Committee since 2018 at GPA Midstream, Chairman of the AIChE F&PD (2023 – 2024), Director of AIChE Management Division (2019 – 2021), Director of AIChE F&PD (2017 – 2021) and Chairman of Gas Utilization Conference AIChE Spring meeting (2018 –2021). He was also honored with the AIChE Distingutioned Service Award 2025, AIChE F&PD Chair Award 2024, the GPA Midstream Leadership Award 2021, and the GPA Midstream Committee Volunteer of the Year Award 2018.
Mahdi completed his studies at the Chemical Engineering School of Azad University, pursued executive education at Harvad Business School, and later at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
